Director of Engineering: Join the team at Wychmere Beach Club, one of Cape Cod’s most iconic waterfront destinations. As Director of Engineering, you will lead the overall management and operation of the Engineering Department, overseeing a talented team while ensuring the seamless performance, maintenance, and improvement of our beautiful property. This role partners closely with outside vendors and the property’s wastewater treatment plant operator and is responsible for daily departmental operations, preventative maintenance programs, capital projects, and the successful completion of maintenance tasks across the Club.
The ideal candidate will champion operational excellence, safety, cost control, and innovation while supporting Wychmere’s commitment to exceptional member and guest satisfaction.
