- Director of Engineering: Wychmere Beach Club is seeking to hire a Director of Engineering. The Director of Engineering is responsible for the overall management of the Engineering Department. In doing so, they direct and supervise the Engineering staff, liaise with outside vendors and directly liaises with the property’s wastewater treatment plant operator. They are responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Engineering department and overseeing the successful completion of maintenance projects and daily assigned tasks. They are responsible for ensuring proper operations, service and repair of all equipment on property while supporting the Company’s goals of member/ guest satisfaction, cost control, safety and profitability. - Director of Venue (Banquet) Operations: Wychmere Beach Club, Cape Cod’s premier event destination, is seeking to add a full-time year-round Director of Venue (Banquet) Operations to our team. The Director of Venue Operations is responsible for participating in the development and implementation of venue and business strategies in addition to providing overall management of the entire Venue Operations department including the execution of various events. Responsible for leading the entire event staff in providing the highest levels of efficient service, execution, and set up prior to each event.
